Ingredients:

  •  Chicken Liver and Heart
  • 2 cloves of chopped Onion
  • 1 bulb or 9 cloves of garlic( crushed and peeled)
  • Pepper
  • 3 Ladle of Soy Sauce
  • 1 Ladle of Vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon of Calamansi juice or lemon
  • 2 pieces laurel leaves
  • 1 Ladle of water


Steps:

1. Heat oil in a frying pan.
2. Stir fry the liver and heart for 5 minutes.
3. Add the garlic and stir for 2 mins.
4. Add the soy sauce, vinegar, calamansi juice, water and laurel leaves.
5. Stir and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
6. After 10 minutes, put it in a bowl and add the onions as toppings. 
7. Serve.
